These terms govern how you invite family members, manage secure gift pools, and protect your shared household data on our private platform.
2. Gift Contributions
All financial contributions to gift pools are processed securely through third-party partners. GiftCircle does not store credit card details directly.
3. Content Ownership
Wishlists, birthday messages, and shared photos remain your family's property. We do not sell or distribute your private household data to advertisers.
4. Account Security
Users must safeguard their login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your private family birthday dashboard.
